Welcome Brandan Holbrook to Sacred Heart Schools

The Office of Catholic Identity and Ursuline Charism at Sacred Heart Schools is excited to announce the newest member to their team. Brandan Holbrook will be the new Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Program Manager starting August 1st.

Brandan earned her Bachelor of Education from the University of Kentucky and has taught at St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church for the past five years. She is certified in Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Level One and Level Two and worked as a consultant in our CGS Atrium this past school year.

Brandan has spent extensive time teaching, loving, caring for, and shaping the lives of young children through her work both at schools and churches. The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Atrium is her “happy place,” and she considers it a privilege to be with the children as they learn about and fall in love with God. She looks forward to continuing her work and faith journey with us at Sacred Heart Schools.

Brandan is thankful to have found the work that is her passion in the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program. CGS is a Montessori-influenced faith formation experience for children that is rooted in the Bible, the liturgy of the Church, and the educational principles of Maria Montessori. She believes that with a strong spiritual foundation, the child can discover God’s love for them and appreciate the anchor that the Church provides them in this world as they grow and develop into all they were created for.

Welcome Brandan!
