Dear SHP Families,
Archdiocese of Louisville Catholic Schools will close starting Monday, March 16, 2020 in response to Governor Andy Beshear’s recommendation that all Kentucky schools close as one of several preventive measures to address the COVID-19 outbreak. All Catholic school activities are also canceled during this time.
Sacred Heart Preschool will close Monday, March 16 through Friday, March 27.
Refunds will be offered for this period. Please contact Leah Walts at [email protected] by noon on March 18 to discuss your options.
Spring Break will operate as previously scheduled starting Monday, March 30 through April 3.
The SHP administrative office will be open every day from 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. School personnel will be available via phone and email. No visitors, please.
The Sacred Heart Schools business office will be open every day from 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. School personnel will be available via phone and email. No visitors, please.
We understand the challenges you are facing with work and childcare. We have a list of SHP employees that are available to babysit. If you would like this list, please feel free to pick up one in the front lobby of each building. We would also be happy to email the list to you.
